I knew that I had to kick my 4 "soda cans a day" habit. My doctor told me, my dentist told me, but I just couldn't imagine my day without soda. Caffeine and sugar were major requirements for my day. As I turned 50, I also needed to add exercise into my life.
I was so happy to meet and work with Sue and she became integral to helping me set goals and make them happen. The goals that we set were realistic and week by week. Sue was always encouraging me and helping me move forward. Accountability was a key to my success. We also strategized on what would replace the soda and what would that require. Sue set very clear and concise follow up, which helped me to stay on track.
I am happy to report that I reached my goal of one soda a day and that I am exercising 2-3 times a week. I feel much better and I am so happy that Sue is guiding me through this journey.
